Genotyping by sequencing
Floragenex has adapted the RAD discovery system to a ‘genotyping by sequencing’ platform. This innovative approach enables direct comparison of RAD loci within large populations. For customers without high throughput genotyping capability, and in species with minimal existing SNP markers, RAD genotyping is a cost effective option to building complex SNP assays.

For customers with existing genotyping infrastructure, the RAD sequence based discovery platform allows Floragenex to assemble sequence information that can be converted for use in advanced high throughput SNP genotyping systems.
