Nathan Lillegard – co-founder, President and CEO: Nathan is currently responsible for business strategy, operations, and business development. He has worked across the spectrum of business, in project management, operations, business analysis and corporate strategy roles.

Eric Johnson, Ph.D. – co-founder, Chief Technology Officer: As the inventor of the RAD technology and co-founder of the company, Eric is responsible for the scientific and technical direction of Floragenex. Dr. Johnson received his Ph.D. from the University of Iowa. He joined the faculty at the University of Oregon in 2001, following post-doctoral fellowships at Stanford University

Rick Nipper, Ph.D. – VP Research: Dr. Nipper joined Floragenex in January 2008, following the completion of his Ph.D. at the University of Oregon. Rick’s ability to translate customer ideas and needs into successful projects is driven by his commitment to putting customers first.

Tressa Atwood – Lab and Operations Manager: Tressa is employee number one and has helped build the company by developing and improving the protocols and applications for the RAD method. Before helping start Floragenex, Tressa worked as the lab manager for co-founder Dr. Eric Johnson at the University of Oregon.
