RADseq SNP Discovery

As the world leader in RADseq technology, Floragenex has generated SNP data sets in over 60 unique plant, animal, and microorganism species. RADseq SNP data can be converted to assays for any genotyping platform or assayed using RADseq genotyping.

For species with some reference sequence information, RAD Reseq variant discovery offers a scalable tool for generating SNP data. The 200+bp of sequence data generated at each RAD site provides sufficient content to place RAD markers on a reference genome of interest.

 

RADseq Genotyping by Sequencing (GBS)

RADseq GBS combines the typical research process of SNP generation, assay design, and genotyping into a single streamlined workflow. Genotyping by sequencing is applicable to any genome, and offers an alternative to fixed content assay studies.

 

RADseq Bioinformatics

Floragenex has developed a pipeline for analysis of RADseq data that provides our customers with the highest level of quality in their data sets. Data can be delivered in standard formats such as .vcf, JoinMap ready data, or formatted for other assay design tools.

Beyond generation of research ready data for customers to analyze, Floragenex can provide additional bioinformatics services and consulting for projects that include:
